We provide FREE termite letters to all real estate professionals. There is no catch! Some pest control companies charge as much as $125.00 for each letter issued, but not here at Beyond. We will provide you with a prelisting letter and a closing letter. These letters are only valid for thirty days from the date of issuance of the letter. If you happen to need a letter reissued, we will be happy to reissue the closing letter as many times as you need it. We have our own lock box key so you don't have to make time in your schedule to meet us at the home. We will make contact the residents and set up an appointment with them. All you have to do is give us a call or fax/email a request to give us all of the homeowners information and we take care of the rest.

When selling a home, you as a real estate professional want everything about the home to be perfect. You want the potential buyer to like everything they see. What could be worse than a potential buyer to see bug problems. For that reason, we provide a special one-time pest control just for our real estate agents. We will offer you a discounted rate and guarantee on the pest service for the home you are selling. What that means is this: We will treat the home for a special low price and depending on what you want from that service, we will schedule that home for a regular service until it sells. Once the home sells, we can either cancel the service or continue to provide that service for the new homeowner. That new homeowner will keep the special rate that you had just for continuing to do business with us. These new homeowners will thank you for looking out for their best interests.
